Located within the quaint town of Jose Ignacio, this contemporary villa faces the ocean and rocks with direct beach access and a stunning view of the lighthouse. Perched in a quiet corner of the unspoiled coastline of the town, this villa redefines beachside luxury living.

The house opens directly to the pool area located within a central patio conveniently designed to protect the environment from the oceanic wind. To the left, an ample terrace gives access to two of the suites – both designed in sandy colors with linen curtains and comforters. Wooden stairs take you down to the pool area (surrounded by a wooden veranda), a cozy living room with fireplace and a beautiful alfresco dining area with barbecue and access to the playroom. 
The hall continues to a small terrace overlooking the pool that leads to the ample living room that includes two wooden dining tables and cozy sofas surrounding the fireplace. Floor to ceiling glass windows offer an amazing view of the ocean. The living room can be connected to the sea terrace by opening the glass windows to integrate the outside with the inside. Wooden lounge chairs invite you to relax by the ocean. 
The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently connected to the living room and to the terrace by a side corridor that includes a small lovely vegetable and aromatic herbs garden.  This corridor leads to the laundry area and service suite witch has an independent access to the street and could be used as a 6th suite. 
Wooden staircases take you to the upper floor where the other 3 suites are located. The master suite includes a stunning terrace that overlooks the ocean, a generous walk-in closet covered with linen curtains, and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub, and spacious shower in between two defined lavatories that offer privacy when sharing the facility.
