Located in the protected area of Laguna Garzón, this lovely cozy countryside house with its own coastline on Laguna Anastasio stands out for its high scenic value and for being home to unique native fauna and flora in the area. It features a 4-bedroom stone house, spacious living and dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, 4 bathrooms, spectacular terrace with a clear view of the lagoon, barbecue area, and pool. Additionally, there is a caretaker's house, where there is also a guest room with an en-suite bathroom. 

In addition to having a great white sand beach just 3 minutes away, and the picturesque town of José Ignacio just 5 minutes away, you can also enjoy amazing possibilities that this place offers. You can go bird watching from a lookout built at the foot of the lagoon, hike through trails in an extensive native forest with specimens of more than 150 years old, horseback riding, and much more. 

The farm has permanent caretakers, a young couple who live in a separate house and take care of the farm. Mariana does the daily cleaning of the house, which also includes laundry. She also prepares breakfasts and can cook simple meals. Enrique takes care of all the exteriors, garden and pool, and is available to guests during their stay to make barbecue, etc.
