Modern Beach House with beautiful ocean views and pool in the region of Arenas de Jose Ignacio, only 10 minutes’ drive to the town of Jose Ignacio. Modern architecture, outstanding ocean views from the large roof terrace and balconies and an 11m heated infinity pool ate the best features of this villa. It is located only steps away from an empty beach of white sand and peaceful ocean. Lovely interior design with a glass wall in the living area that allows plenty of sunlight, super comfortable areas to relax and a large “parrilla” (barbecue) overlooking the pool and garden. The spacious first-floor living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and Jose Ignacio lighthouse, comfortable sofas, a large wood burner, TV and speakers.  A modern fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas, one in the large living area and a second relaxed eating area on the outside terrace by the large Parilla BBQ and pool. The entire roof is decked offering stunning 360-degree views over the ocean. The master bedroom has a glass wall, dressing area and a modern ensuite bathroom with a bath. Two further bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the garden can be either twin rooms or extra-large double rooms and share a bathroom. A fourth connecting room with a single bed can be used as a bedroom or a second lounge. The house is  equipped with luxury Egyptian bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, blender and microwave, a fully furnished lounge with TV, Bose wifi speakers and wood burner.
